Aluminium Expedition Transit Chair

This lightweight aluminium expedition transit chair is the latest in our range of transit chairs. The chair is available in two seat width options (18″ and 20″). The 20” model features a double cross brace and arthritic friendly brakes.

It is designed for occasional or frequent use and can be used indoors and outdoors. The 18″ chair is designed for a single user of up to 135kg (21 stone), whilst the heavy duty 20″ chair can accommodate 150kg (23stone).

The  transit chair can be manually moved in forward and reverse and is propelled by the carer or attendant pushing the wheelchair using the push handles.
