If you need a stairlift fitting, you may be worried about inviting people into your home at the moment, which is perfectly understandable.
But relax, you’re in safe hands…
…We’ve introduced a new remote process, as part of our response to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
You don’t need to worry about inviting someone into your home during the lockdown. In this digital age, we can arrange a ‘virtual’ appointment survey for you.
This means, in most cases our surveyor doesn’t need to carry out their initial face-to-face assessment of your stairs.
If you have a smartphone or tablet, we can arrange a video call with you, so that our surveyor can carry out (with your help), an assessment of your needs and your staircase layout.
Don’t worry if you don’t have access to a smartphone or tablet, simply let us know, as you will still need a traditional on-site survey.
We can then provide a no-obligation quotation (valid for 12 months) for a stairlift suited to your budget and personal requirements.
All our installers are Which? Trusted Trader Accredited. For your safety, we ensure that when our surveyors and engineers do visit you at home, they always wear personal protective equipment (PPE), rigorously follow strict hygiene protocols, including keeping a safe distance from you wherever possible; hand washing and thoroughly cleaning any equipment they touch.
In many cases, no-one has to visit your home for you to find out how much a stairlift will cost and when one can be installed.
As our showroom is temporarily closed and the team are working remotely, if would like to book one of our new virtual survey appointments, please call us on 01423 526737 or email us at sales@risemobility.co.uk and leave the rest to us.
